Internal Stress Scale Rating represents a strategically evaluated personal rating for that category, based on our own algorithms and experience. Target Score represents your goal for that category. Your stress score is quite low overall. Pay attention to the areas where you experience more stress - interpersonal relationships and work (school) related. Improve there and your stress will be really low.
